The United States should continue use of the penny. If you have a bag of chips that cost $1.09 and you give them a dollar and a dime your change would be a penny. Most people will say that it is just a penny and they don't need it. They are right it may just be a penny but it is also a part of American History. Pennies have been around for many years and if they are gone it might effect some people who use it. There are these penny press machines that take a penny and turn it into a design, the people who own those will lose money. The penny affects many people in the U.S.A and helps them too, so don't get rid of the penny.
