The United States of America make a lot of coins everyday. They usually make dimes, nickels, quarters, and of course, pennies. Pennies are very important like for example, if someone didn't have change, they would have to change the money for dollar bills and coins. They made the penny because of Abraham Lincoln. He was very important for his bravery against slavery. He was born on February 12, 1809 and died on April 15, 1865 aged 56.
The U.S shouldn't end its use of the penny because the penny is very important and without it, there wouldn't be any change for money. There would only be nickels, dimes, and quarters. We all know that Abraham Lincoln, because of its slavery, they put him on a penny and we shouldn't just end it for nothing.
