Cellular phones should be allowed in school. Cellular phones are important in case in an emergency. Cellular phones should be used only at both breaks if it is not used for an emergency. Since teachers are allowed to use cell phones why not students? Cell phones are important in todays world and if someone buys a cell phone they should be able to use it if they are a 4.0 student.
